"I recently got to try a sample of dirty rice from Mamma Misty’s catering and was truly impressed. The rice was perfectly cooked with a good mix of sausage and veggies and a nice kick of spice at the end. Not only is Misty’s cooking top notch but she has an upbeat personality and is easy to work with. Definitely looking forward to working with Mamma Misty’s for future campus events and trying more of what they have to offer."
